Yes! For projects above RM2,000, we offer split payments in two or three stages - deposit, midpoint, and final handover. All to make it easier for you to plan ahead.

Yes, but keep in mind that packaging-only projects focus on visuals, not the full brand strategy. If you plan to expand later (e.g. new SKUs or sub-brands), the full branding foundation gives you better consistency.

For branding projects, we begin with a 30–60 minute strategy session to review your business direction and goals. You’ll receive focused insights and clear recommendations even if we don’t move forward together.
For one-off design requests, we offer a shorter 15-minute session to review your creative brief and confirm scope, pricing, and timeline before starting any work.

Credit packages let you pre-purchase design request for on-demand projects. Ideal for brands needing continuous creative support without a full retainer.

Yes! Retainers are great if you need ongoing design or brand support. We’ll tailor them to fit your monthly needs ranging from updates to campaigns and beyond.

All projects include a certain number of revision rounds and progress trackers.
Our goal is always to reach a direction that feels right for you and your brand.

We mainly use email/Whatsapp and Google Drive (for shared folders) to keep everything organized and easy to track.

Because design work is time-based and personalized, we don’t offer refunds on deposits once the project has begun on discovery phase. However, we always make sure to align expectations before starting.

Rush projects may come with a Priority fee to ensure quality and timely delivery.
